Quite an interesting article and worth reading for anyone who has or plans to have a domain name. Yes, it's long. But it's important. While you're at it, you can check out archives of the Santiago meeting. The hearings on the domain name dispute resolution process are an especially good example of the total lack of accountability, as they rush through a pre-determined script, ignoring audience comments entirely.
