Email Trial In China Begins

He is accused of "inciting the perversion of state power" through his emails criticising the Chinese Govts Human Rights abuses in Tiananman Square amongst others. This is part of the Chinese Govts attempt to restrict the freeflow of information from the Internet"

I'm from Hong Kong and in Hong Kong, even though it's under rule by CHina, it has it's own laws. When the handover happened in 1997, China promised the Hong Kong society 50 years of no social change.
