Submission + - Seagate releases fixed firmware update for 7200.11 (custkb.com)

NotQuiteInsane writes: "It appears the Seagate Firmware Fiasco (http://it.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=09/01/21/0052236) may finally have been resolved. Seagate have now released a new firmware patch, which replaces the patch that bricked 500GB drives. Details here:
