Personally, I'd like to see most everyone using "LOL" to get arrested, I hate it.
What ever happened to <g>?
Particularly annoying is that the not-to-be-mentioned-again abbreviation is nearly always used when laughing out loud would be an inappropriate response and is used therefore frivolously and incorrectly.
