OK, call me a conspiracy theorist. Who would want/need hand written encrypted notes?
I went an googled "rick mccormick physics" and immediatly got a Physycist specializing in "Metamaterials" from Sandia Labs who presented at a symposium in January 2011.
Anyone else think these may be puzzle pieces that somehow fit together?
Im just saying.... Made me say "hmmmmmm"
