An anonymous reader writes "The frontpage of the NY Times has a story about terror-suspect lawyers fearing government monitoring on privileged conversations. But instead of talking about the technological solutions, or something else, the lawyers fly half way across the world to meet with their clients. In fact, nowhere in the article does it even mention encryption! Sure they could at one point be ordered to turn over their keys, but isn't that better than not having to be ordered at all. That is, apparently their fear anyway.
Is it possible that lawyers don't know about PGP, or do they have something else to fear?"
