Technical Writing Geek writes "Rep. Howard Coble (R-NC) this week endorsed Ohio University's total ban on P2P protocols, calling it a "positive step." That might not be news, except for the fact that Coble sits on the House IP and Internet subcommittee and makes law in this area.
