+ - Jersey judge shields anonymous blogger

Submitted by
netbuzz
netbuzz writes "In a widely watched free-speech case, a New Jersey judge has upheld the right of a blogger to criticize county officials anonymously, despite the contention of those officials that the blogger is actually a former mayor/attorney being sued by the government for malpractice. Score one for the First Amendment, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and daTruthSquad.
