Low cost, low quality. Had this pulled on me once in 1995 by my then employer. So I started looking and left. They went out of business 4 years later when the development quality tanked.
Your best support comes from the inside. You can't outsource loyalty and the knowledge of the business. But loyalty is a 2 way street.
