judgecorp writes "The European Union's General Court has upheld most of a €900 million fine imposed on Microsoft four years ago giving a small discount to €860 million ($1080 million). The case dates back even further to EU demands that Microsoft cease abuse of its monopoly position through bundling Media Player, and open access to server APIs."
