But it goes further to say New York-based websites, such as blogs and newspapers, to “remove any comments posted on his or her website by an anonymous poster unless such anonymous poster agrees to attach his or her name to the post.”"

New York joining China ? (Score:2)
If the bill is passed, allow me to propose that the New York State stop being a state of the United States of America and applies to be a province of the People Republic of China
After all, the similarity is striking - People posting anything online from both China and the New York state have to identify themselves
