Still can't get past Proper AV for $60k (Score:1)
FTA 'The following detection tools were tested in April 2007. A subset were retested in August 2008. The rootkit was installed prior to the detection tool'
The subsequent list includes most well known A.V. packages whether you love em or hate em, the American government can still only spy on people with no A.V. installed or can be socially engineered into turning it off while thier spyware installs itself.
