What to ask Congressman regarding Net Neutrality?

  • Question her on her motives. Try to get her to understand that Net Neutrality is a Freedom of Speech issue, as well as a Freedom to Use issue. The end users are already paying the ISPs to access ALL of the Internet. To allow them to arbitrarily charge or meter providers is fraud on the users as well as a form of corporate censorship.

It is masked but always present. I don't know who built to it. It came before the first kernel.
