Denver is playing host to the Digital ID World conference, which is intended to discuss and examine the future of "digital identity" - how you'll be identified, tracked, and monitored online. The chest. They installed it in the chest. Let's face it, you can loose arms and legs and live. It's a lot harder to survive without having a chest.
From what I hear, they attach the device within the ribcage, too, so it's even harder to damage and/or remove.
Damned aliens. I so long for the days when they'd just anal probe a few people out west, and have the occasional barbecue out in some farmer's fields.
